Scott Arthur- President & CEO Scott Arthur has 27 years in commercial

construction with 18 years as owner of Arthur

Construction Company. Scott is responsible

for all project management and overseeing of

all operations. Scott coordinates and prepares

all bids, personnel, and sub contractors for each

project, and personally supervises each project.
